What to expect

Worship

We usually open the service with a welcome and brief announcements.

Then we enter a time of musical worship when we sing songs to God. We love music! We are blessed to have several classically trained musicians who lead us in worship every week.

Our musical style would fall under acoustic folk/ contemporary Christian with a mix of hymns and new songs.

Teaching

Teaching is a big part of Emmanuel Community Church, as we believe we are to be devoted to learning the scriptures. ( I Timothy 4:13 )

Sermons can usually last anywhere from 25 - 45 minutes. It depends on who is preaching! You can feel free to listen to our sermons online here.

Atmosphere

We are a very informal church so dress is usually casual. We believe that God looks at the heart. ( 1 Samuel 16:7 )

We are not a large church, but we have a big heart.

People often hang around after church is over talking for quite a while.

What about my kids?

We have Junior church that meets after our musical worship for ages 4-8.
